Description

The attic on the 4th floor has a romantic apartment of 85m2 of living space with lots of light. The sloping roof is equipped with a lot of framework, so there is a lot of light. At the front, it offers a nice view of the city and the canal. The apartment is divided into 3 separate parts, which together form a whole. At the front is the master bedroom with a double bed and a view of the canal. The intermediate area consists of a living area with sitting area, TV, 4 pers. dining table and a staircase to the loft where a small 2 pers. bed is located. This last sleeping area is ideal for children but not too young given the steep stairs. This staircase is also not completely safe for the elderly. The bathroom with bath, shower and toilet is located 2 steps outside the room but is completely private. This family room has a fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils. However, there is no possibility to cook here.
